Return Policy

At Vivor Beauty, we gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below). Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.

It may take 4-5 business days for your exchange/return to reach the Vivor Beauty's warehouse. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may require an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.

Eligible Products:

• In original, factory condition (unopened, unaltered, unworn,and undamaged) and in original packaging.
• Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receiving your original order.

Ineligible Products:

• Due to hygienic concerns, used and unsealed merchandise are ineligible for return. 

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:

• Returning the item(s) to you at your cost

Ineligible item(s) will be automatically diposed 30 days after receipt.
